Enlighten - 100% pure essential oil blend (5ml)

About: Grounding, enlightening, and filled with notes of basil, rosemary, and hints of peppermint and coriander. 

Ingredients: 100% pure basil - ocimum basilicum L. (leaves), cardamom -  elettaria cardamomum (seeds), rosemary - rosmarinus officinalis (herb), japanese peppermint - mentha arvensis (herb), coriander - coriandrum sativum (seed), bergamot - citrus bergamia (peel), lemon - citrus limonum (peel), and palmarosa - cymbopogon marinii var motia (grass) essential oils.

Instructions:

• Diffuse - Apply 1-2 drops of oil onto our essential oil jewelry; or add 6-8 drops of Enlighten Essential Oil Blend in your favourite diffuser. 
• Inhale - Breathe deeply directly from the bottle.
• Apply (as a perfume or in massage) - always use a safe dilution ratio when applying topically to the skin; a general safe dilution ratio would be 3-6 drops of Enlighten Essential Oil Blend to 1 Tbsp carrier oil (e.g., olive, sweet almond, fractionated coconut, jojoba oil, etc.).

Cautions:

For external use only. Not for use with children under 7. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and ears.
